Waitlist privacy notice
petAIpet collects only the information you submit through the waitlist form: your email address, city, whether you are a pet parent or business partner, and the time you consented.
Why we collect it
We use these details to contact you about a relevant pilot, research interview, or potential partnership. We do not use the waitlist to sell contact lists. This site does not collect pet health records or precise location.
Where it is stored
Waitlist records are stored in a database on our US deployment server. A random receipt is stored in your browser so you can remove your entry. No email is sent when you join the list.
Removing your entry
Return to the waitlist form on the same device and choose “Remove my information.” Keep the receipt shown after submission if you may need to remove it from another browser. The receipt authorizes deletion of that entry.
Retention
We keep a waitlist entry until you remove it or the waitlist program ends. When the program ends, we will delete the remaining entries.
